It Is Sneaking Up On Us!

I really can't believe that October and Halloween are already over let alone the fact that Thanksgiving is less than two weeks away. Luckily for me, Thanksgiving is my brother's favorite holiday so they like to host this family get-together. It is also always either on or close to his birthday so we get to celebrate that as well. This year he is having a milestone celebration so plans are in the making.

It may be all my brother's fault...the fact that I really don't have a lot of Thanksgiving decorations. I guess, even though I love to decorate for every holiday, since I don't host I just never went "over the top" with turkeys and pilgrims. I have noticed as I have been doing these recent posts that except for a random turkey or pilgrim stuck here or there, the most of my decor is very similar to my "autumn" decor. I think I do add in a bit more of a "harvest" feel this month with the addition of wheat, gourds, etc. but, I must admit, it is just not my best!

That being said, I will still drag escort you through the dining room.

I love the water color look of these PB pillows...can't wait to check my Christmas catalog for what they are offering for the holiday this year!

I am off to try to find some mustache themed goodies for my brother's birthday bash. It sounds like fun-can't wait. Stay tuned.
