I Know He's Supposed To Be Scary, But.....

But probably not this much! This is another treasure from my daughter's house that was heading for the donate pile. He didn't fare too well in the move and his paint was just peeling off. But loving vintage as much as I do I thought I would have a go at it. I'm pretty happy how he turned out. What do you think?


I couldn't seem to match the paints exactly and between my "coffee nerves" and my eye sight-not to mention the fact that he has a weighted bottom and kept spinning around-, the lines aren't as steady or as thin as I would have liked but, after all, he is supposed to be vintage and a bit shabby-plus, no one will ever be this close to him again as he will sit nestled in with many other "pumpkin heads".

So, for now, he is all dressed up with no where to go. But, that will change before we know it. Stay tuned.
